ITENERARY
Day 1 : Bangalore Arrival
Day 1 : Bangalore Arrival – Mysore Your journey commences upon arrival at
Bangalore/Mysore railway station/airport. Your first destination is Mysore, often
referred to as the City of Palaces, renowned for its grand palaces, impressive
temples, and well-designed structures, complemented by a pleasant climate.
Upon arrival, check into the hotel and freshen up. After a quick refreshment,
kick off your tour with visits to Mysore Palace, the zoo, and Chamundi Hill.
Mysore is famed for its Silk and Sandalwood, and you can immerse yourself in
the local specialties. In the evening, delight in the sound and light show at
Brindavan Garden, and explore the Krishnarajasagar Dam. Conclude the day
with dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Mysore to Coorg
Day 2: Mysore to Coorg – Bid farewell to Ooty and embark on your journey to
Coorg, also known as the Scotland of India. Upon arrival, check into your
accommodation and freshen up. Spend the day exploring the lush coffee
plantations and spice estates that Coorg is famous for. Visit the Abbey Falls and
witness the cascading beauty of nature. In the evening, indulge in some
delicious Coorgi cuisine.
Day 3 : Coorg
Day 3 : Coorg – Explore the cultural and historical treasures of Coorg today.
Begin your day with a visit to the majestic Madikeri Fort, which offers panoramic
views of the surrounding hills. Next, explore the ancient Omkareshwara Temple,
known for its unique blend of Islamic and Gothic architecture. Spend the
evening at leisure, soaking in the serene ambiance of Coorg.
Day 4: Coorg to Ooty
Day 4: Coorg to Ooty Begin your day with a wholesome breakfast, and after
checking out from the hotel, we’ll head towards Ooty. Along the way, we’ll take
a scenic break to explore the enchanting Pykara Lake. Continuing our journey,
we’ll reach Ooty and check into the pre-booked hotel. Later, immerse yourself in
the tea-making heritage at the tea museum and enjoy the serene surroundings
of Ooty Lake with an option for boating. Conclude the day with a delightful
dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 5 : Ooty – Coonoor
Day 5 : Ooty – Coonoor Sightseeing In the morning post breakfast, proceed to
Coonoor. Your mode of transportation to Coonoor can be either a scenic toy train
journey or a private car, depending on your preference. Upon arrival, our
exploration will begin with visits to Sim’s Playground, Lamb’s Rock, and
Dolphin’s Nose. Later, we’ll explore the Botanical Garden, Doddabetta Peak, and
Charing Cross. Conclude the day’s activities by returning to the hotel for a restful
and comfortable stay.
Day 6: Ooty – Bangalore Departure
Day 6: Ooty – Bangalore Departure In the morning, following a delicious
breakfast, we will check out from the hotel and head to Bangalore International
Airport for your flight back home. Cherish the sweet memories of your delightful
